The heart keepsake is handmade from clay and decoupaged on one side in a beautiful watercolour-style pattern of muted petals. The card reads 'Distance means so little when someone means so much'.

The clay heart measures 5cm at its tallest and widest point and you can choose from a hanging heart with a loop of natural jute twine, or a heart with a magnet on the back. The card measures 55x84mm.
