A Few Brand Guidelines

Thank you for choosing to stock our work. Every piece is designed and handmade in small batches, and we're grateful to have our products represented in thoughtful, independent spaces.

What We're About

We create beautiful, functional pieces for everyday life. Our brand celebrates craftsmanship, creativity, and the joy of surrounding yourself with things that are both useful and lovely.

Displaying Our Products

  • Wherever possible, display pieces together as a collection.
  • Samples should be used wherever possible for diffusers and we are happy to provide these free of charge.
  • Please keep products away from anything that could stain, scratch, or damage them.

Sharing Our Brand

  • You're welcome to use our approved product photography and marketing images on your website, social media, and marketing literature.
  • Please don't heavily edit images or use our logo on your own marketing materials without permission.
  • We'd love to be tagged and credited when you share our products online. (@cornucopiacreative on Instagram or @CornucopiaClay on Facebook)

Hanging

Garlands have always been my trickiest item to display, but get it right and customers LOVE them! I have added a free magnet to each box so you and your customers can see at a glance what's in each box, but garlands really need to be hung to sell well. Hang at least one from slat wall, or use Command hooks or small nails.

If you sell jewellery, why not pop some in one of our trinket dishes so that customers can see at a glance what they're for and how to use them. Merchandise alongside your jewellery selection, and consider offering as a bundle or add-on.

Chances are, customers have never seen a diffuser like this, so before they even contemplate reading the instruction card, capture their interest by having one in use, with your best selling fragrance (relax unwind, or fresh linen are always safe bets!)

Customers love a choice so have your sample oils out and easy to access. I'm always happy to provide the oils separately if you would prefer to add the customer's chosen fragrance at the till.

These work best with a dedicated display. A stand like the one pictured, or a small display tree are ideal. The potential for personalisation here are endless so order as many phrases and colours as you'd like!

These little pick-me-ups are fabulous sellers but they're also very pocket-able, so having a dedicated stand near the till is a good idea. They're the perfect add-on so have them on the counter or by your greeting cards.

How do I order?

Most importantly, make sure you're logged in so you see the correct prices. Checkout as normal, you'll have the option of paying upfront or with Net 30 day terms.

What are your current lead times?

Please check the top of this page for the most up-to-date lead time estimate.

Everything is handmade from scratch by me here in the Lake District, so lead times can occasionally change during particularly busy periods (or when family life throws me a curveball... rude!).

If you have a specific deadline or would like an update on an existing order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Is there a delivery charge?

Orders within 12 miles of LA9 or of £300+ will be delivered free of charge. Other UK orders will incur a carriage fee of £12. International orders will be priced and invoiced individually.

Are all products handmade?

Yes! Every single item is handmade by me, with love, care, and great attention to detail.

Can products be personalised?

Yes! Hand-painted hearts can be fully customised with any text, and your choice of colour(s). I am happy to discuss other personalisation requests, just get in touch.

Which products sell best?

The difference always surprises me! In seemingly similar shops, garlands fly out in some, in others it's hand-painted hearts..! You know your customers best. But, you can't go wrong with diffusers and heart hugs. If you want to get even more specific, relax unwind is the best selling diffuser fragrance, and 'good friends' is the best selling heart hug!
