The heart keepsake is handmade from clay and decoupaged on one side in a pretty floral pattern. Please note that each heart features a small section of a larger pattern and so each is unique! The card reads 'Just because'.

The clay heart measures 5cm at its tallest and widest point and you can choose from a hanging heart with a loop of natural jute twine, or a heart with a magnet on the back. The card measures 55x84mm.
