About

Cornucopia Creative Studio is a small creative business based in the English Lake District, specialising in handmade clay décor and gifts.

Let's get down to business...

Cornucopia Creative Studio (then Cornucopia Clay Studios) began in 2017 while I was studying a Fine Art degree. It's provided a welcome creative outlet ever since, and while our products have evolved, the ethos has not.

We aim to create unique, beautiful pieces, to make your heart and home happy.

Many of our products are inspired by the beautiful nature we're surrounded with here in the English Lake District, and many incorporate texture; air drying clay is such a delightfully tactile medium.

As well as our website, we have an Etsy shop, and provide our products to various retail outlets on a wholesale or 'rent-a-shelf' basis. If you're interested in stocking our work, please get in touch, or to find your nearest stockist, please take a look here.

It's important to us that our production processes and packaging are as sustainable and environmentally-friendly as possible. We try to source plastic-free options wherever possible.

Hi, I'm Amy...

...and I'm so glad you're here!

Cornucopia Creative is more than a business. It's a creative outlet. And hopefully, in 2025 and beyond, it will afford me some financial security as well as a balance that will allow to be home when my eldest finishes school, and to pursue voluntary work and my role as a school governor, as I step away from employment and commit fully to self-employment! Your support is so appreciated.

I am lucky to live in the stunning English Lake District where I am surrounded by the most breath-taking scenery every day. I have to admit I'm not much of a hiker though. In fact I'm rather a homebody, preferring to spend time with my husband and our 2 sons, often involving board games or creative pursuits.

I don't like tea or coffee but adore a hot chocolate, I love a sitcom, listen exclusively to crime fiction audio books, have a stationery addiction, and always feel at home at the beach, whatever the weather.

Any questions?
