The heart keepsake is handmade from clay and decoupaged on one side in a neutral-toned floral pattern. The card reads 'Home is wherever I'm with you'.

The clay heart measures 5cm at its tallest and widest point and you can choose from a hanging heart with a loop of natural jute twine, or a heart with a magnet on the back. The card measures 55x84mm.
