A beautiful little gift to let someone know how special they are, they can treasure this little heart as a keepsake and a reminder of what they mean to you.

The clay heart is handmade from clay and decoupaged on one side in a lemon yellow paper with birds, roses or other natural elements. Please note that each heart features a small section of a larger pattern. The card reads 'You're like sunshine on cloudy days'.

The clay heart measures 5cm at its tallest and widest point and you can choose from a hanging heart with a loop of natural jute twine, or a heart with a magnet on the back. The card measures 55x84mm.
